CALL FOR PAPERS

Invitation:

Original manuscripts and review articles are invited.

Topics:

Epidemiology and clinical features of food allergy. Molecular biological properties of food allergens, associated allergens and other components related to adverse reactions to food stuff. Especially proposed topics are:
- Prevalence, Diagnosis and Treatment of Food Allergy
- Cross-Reactivities
- Epitope Mapping
- Posttranslational Modifications
- Food Safety, Hidden Food Allergens, Food Labeling
- Food Processing
- Hypoallergenic Food
Contributions related to the major themes of Food Allergen Research are invited in the first line. Authors of other papers from the whole field of allergy and other adverse reactions are also encouraged to submit their papers.
